Our growing organization is on the lookout for an Inside Sales Manager who can take charge of our product sales. One that can set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. One who can recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team. He/She will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. You should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction and also be very competitive and a good listener.

What are you required to do? (Your Responsibilities):

  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.

Qualifications:

  • BMS & MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  • 1-3 years of relevant inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
