We are looking for a high-performing enthusiastic people – Partnership and alliances to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

What are you required to do? (Your Responsibilities):

  • Work with market sales leaders to develop a strategy and plan to deliver ongoing customer success with our partner ecosystem.
  • Take partner sales plays, offerings, and industry assets/solutions and align with our Business.
  • Drive a partner marketing plan aligned with the needs of the business and ecosystem objectives.
  • Manage and deliver Sourced pipeline and build a plan for ACV growth tied to the territory’s strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & the stakeholders and adjust strategies.
  • Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of Agami’s ecosystem strategy & execution results.
  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps.

Sets positive, compelling goals and aggressive schedules for improvement. Translates the vision/mission of the organization into actionable, quantitative plans. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure.

Translates overarching business goals into specific objectives for each member of the team. Holds people accountable for agreed-to results. Identifies and keeps others focused on the most important metrics that drive the business and uses CRM and reporting tools consistently to effectively manage the territory.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in partner and channel sales
  • Extensive external sales or partner management experience across a variety of industries, with experience in Cloud SaaS-based solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and substantially impact investments and program effectiveness.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or growing a business
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Strong drive and excellent communication skills that match the company’s core values.
  • Demonstrated experience in alliance or channel management roles.
