- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for installations & troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CCaaS and telecom infrastructure for high availability.
- Implement system administration, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and clients.
- Monitor system performance, conduct fault analysis, and ensure scalability.
- Maintain industry best practices for network optimization and maintenance.
