The Opportunity:

As a Technical PreSales Manager, you will create and manage top-tier demonstration packages, empowering sales teams with high-value assets that align with buyer expectations. Your role will bridge technical expertise with business value to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure, and maintain demonstration environments for Agami’s software portfolio.
  • Implement and upskill teams on the latest demos in global Customer Experience Centers.
  • Support pre-sales teams with cloud/on-premise demo environments.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demos to technical & non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales to align product fitment and delivery expectations.
  • Provide technical insights for RFPs and proposals.
  • Work with product teams to refine offerings based on customer needs.
  • Ensure high-quality, templated demonstrations with clear documentation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, technology, and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-10 years in the tech industry, preferably with SAAS products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Expertise in MS PowerPoint & Word, with project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving tech landscapes.
  • Experience in training, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
